Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange products you have purchased within 14 days. Once your return or exchange request is approved, the products must be delivered to us within 14 days, along with the invoice, original box, packaging, and all standard accessories in complete condition.

No returns or exchanges are accepted.
For discounted orders, return and exchange costs are covered by the CUSTOMER.
Return Process:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Before sending the items back, you must notify us via email, including your order number, name, email address, and request details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation via email, after which you can proceed with the return.
Returned items must be sent with their original box, packaging, all standard accessories, and invoice within 14 days from the approval date.

Return Conditions:

Items that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) cannot be returned.

Return shipments via Yurtiçi Kargo are free of charge. If you choose another shipping company, the shipping cost must be paid by the sender. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.
As per legal regulations, all orders are shipped with an invoice. Ensure that the original invoice is included in your return package. Returns without an invoice will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:
If you want to exchange a product for another size or color of the same model, you must notify us via email before sending the item.

Order Cancellation:
Orders must be canceled before they are shipped.
To check if your order can be canceled, please email info@bassigue.com with your order number, name, email address, and cancellation request. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process your refund.
